Top-Up API Overview
The Top-Up API enables merchants and partner systems to facilitate mobile recharge transactions through the CellPay Wallet API. This API supports prepaid and postpaid mobile services offered by supported telecom operators in Nepal. Transactions executed through this API deduct funds directly from the API consumer’s CellPay wallet and are settled into CellPay’s system account.
Top-Up transactions are categorized as System Payments, as the payment amount is not transferred to another CellPay member but is instead routed through CellPay to the respective service provider.

CellPay supports top-ups for various service providers with specific mobile number formats and permissible top-up limits.
